<p>A recent <a target="_blank" href="http://www.sacbee.com/taste/story/864778.html" title="Sac Bee story">article </a>got me thinking about the convenience foods I rely on daily/weekly.</p>
<p>While they may cost more in the long run, in the short run, convenience items save me time&#8211;time I use to work, play, etc.</p>
<p>Some may consider it &#8220;cheating&#8221; to use store-bought pasta, frozen pizza, or <a target="_blank" href="http://dailyeatsonline.com/2008/04/08/oatmeal-its-whats-for-breakfast/" title="Trader Joe's Oatmeal">frozen oatmeal</a>, but I rely on these products to cut my cooking time and allow me to be creative versus a slave to my kitchen.</p>
