Making Time for Quantum Wellness

Published by jsfarmer at 12:00 am under Food thoughts, Health

Cleanse Book

I just ordered Quantum Wellness, and I plan to schedule a 21-day diet cleanse, just as soon as I get the book, figure out when I’m not going to be out of town for 21 days in a row, and when I feel I can best give up consuming any sugar, gluten, caffeine, alcohol or animal products.

The book, Quantum Wellness: A Practical and Spiritual Guide to Health and Happiness by Kathy Freston, is a guide to complete well-being through small, focused changes. Freston is the author of the New York Times bestselling The One: Discovering the Secrets of Soul Mate Love, and Expect a Miracle: Seven Spiritual Steps to Finding the Right Relationship. She has also produced a popular series of guided-meditation CDs on relationships, healing the body, creating prosperity, losing weight, and destressing.

The cleanse is coming, and when I partake, I plan to blog about it periodically, so stay tuned!

Hi. I am on day 13 of the cleanse. Before I officially started, I eased into it for a few days. I think it helped. For instance, I didn’t have a caffeine-withdrawal headache.

I am also seeing positive results, like more energy and unexpected weight loss. I’ve been blogging about it approximately twice a week, so you can read about my experience with the cleanse if you’d like.

    Best of luck to you!!
