Hot to Get Your Daily Dose

You know fruits and vegetables are good for you, but sometimes it’s hard to eat the recommended five servings per day.

That’s why the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention started a new website, which features a customizable database of fruit- and vegetable-based recipes.

Simply choose the fruits/vegetables you have on hand, plug in what meal type you’re looking for, and the site will generate recipes complete with nutrition facts, so you’ll know exactly where you stand.

With a tool like this, five a day should be a piece of cake fruit!
