Celebrating Cinco de Mayo

As far as I’m concerned, it’s never too early to start celebrating Cinco de Mayo–I LOVE Mexican food (especially salsa).
Because the holiday is right around the corner (or right after the weekend), here are some links to recipes you just might want to try to get you in the mood–who knows, you may even love them enough to use them all the time!
