The Cost of Convenience (Foods)
A recent article got me thinking about the convenience foods I rely on daily/weekly.
While they may cost more in the long run, in the short run, convenience items save me time–time I use to work, play, etc.
Some may consider it “cheating” to use store-bought pasta, frozen pizza, or frozen oatmeal, but I rely on these products to cut my cooking time and allow me to be creative versus a slave to my kitchen.
So tell me, what are your must-have convenience items?
